This page explains how to delete your EDM.Social account and the personal data associated with it. EDM.Social is published by EDM.Social.

Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Open the EDM.Social app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.

Confirming immediately deactivates your account and removes your personal profile information. You are signed out right away and your account can no longer be used.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@edm.social from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and process the deletion.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your name, username, and profile photo
• Your email address and login credentials
• Your saved events, followed artists, and other activity
• Your home city and personalization preferences

Personal profile details are removed as soon as you confirm deletion. Any remaining account records and your sign-in credentials are permanently purged within 24 hours by an automated daily process.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, such as records of purchases or subscriptions kept by Apple or Google. Any retained records are kept no longer than required and are not used to re-identify you. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.
