By creating an account or using EDM.Social, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What EDM.Social is
EDM.Social helps you find electronic music events and festivals in the US cities we cover. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and in the United States to use EDM.Social. Many events set their own age limits, often 18 or 21. Meeting those limits is between you and the venue.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your profile accurate and do not pretend to be someone else. We may limit how often you can change your username, and we may take back or change a username that is offensive or misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. You can delete your account in the app at any time, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Your profile
Your display name, username, bio and profile photo must not be hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or misleading. They must not target another person or reveal someone's personal information. We may review, filter or remove profile content, and we may suspend or close accounts that break this rule without warning.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or resell event data from the app. Do not use bots or scripts to access it, overload it, or get around its limits or security. Do not reverse engineer it unless the law allows you to.
Your content
What you add to your profile stays yours. You give EDM.Social permission to store and process it so we can run the service, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.
Event information and recommendations
We collect event details from public sources and promoters. Dates, times, lineups, set times, venues, prices and fliers can be incomplete or wrong, and events can change or be cancelled without notice. Our recommendations are suggestions, not promises. Check the details with the venue or ticket seller before you go.
Tickets and other services
EDM.Social does not sell tickets. Ticket, streaming and map links take you to other companies' apps and websites, and their terms apply there. If you buy a ticket, the purchase is between you and the seller. We are not responsible for its price, availability, refunds or changes to the event.
Our content
The app, its design and the content we create belong to EDM.Social. Artist names, event fliers and logos belong to their owners, and we show them only to identify the artist or event.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want.
Disclaimer and liability
We provide the service as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, EDM.Social is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from your use of the app, from another company's website or ticket sale, or from going to an event. You are responsible for your own safety at events.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the version number at the top, and the app asks you to accept the new version before you can keep using it.
